Dianna Sheppard
President, Advantec

Appointed in 2006, Dianna Sheppard brings more than 22 years of leadership experience to Advantec. She is the former Senior Vice President, Sales and Partnership Management, of Ceridian, a leading HR managed business solutions organization serving more than 20 million worksite employees and 75% of Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Sheppard directly managed a team of over 1000 employees within her division that included sales, account management and implementation and managed plans resulting in record retention of both employees and customers. In addition to the many years she served in high level positions in the HR outsourcing industry, Ms. Sheppard has personal experience as a business owner and entrepreneur which is significant to her proven ability to understand and meet client expectations. Ms. Sheppard has been active in many community organizations and served on the Board of the American Youth Soccer Organization. She is certified in Six Sigma Practices.

Victoria Abraham
Vice President, Client Relations

Victoria Abraham joined Advantec in 2006, bringing more than 19 years of experience in human resource outsourcing, customer service, recruitment, temporary staffing and professional employer organization industries. Prior to working at Advantec, Ms. Abraham was with TeamStaff PEO, where she was hired as Vice President of Client Services and, after an acquisition, served as Client Services Director for the Southeast Region, leading internal customer service and external human resource specialists with field responsibilities for retention. Ms. Abraham has held affiliations with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Florida SHRMA, national and local chapters of E-Women Networking. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.

Christine Bellaire
Chief Operating Officer

Prior to her appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Christine Bellaire served Advantec in many leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Pricing. Before joining Advantec in 2004, Christine Bellaire was the Director of Finance for the Western Region of the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Health System. She has served in additional finance positions as the Chief Financial Officer of SHPS, Inc. and the Division Controller for HealthPlan Services, Inc. Ms. Bellaire worked for both Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse, becoming one of the youngest audit managers in Price Waterhouse’s history and one of the firm’s leading health care specialists.

Angel Beltran
Vice President, Risk Management

Mr. Beltran joined Advantec in 2005. His 23 years of experience in insurance and risk management includes CNA Insurance, Crum & Forster, FCCI, Paradyme, Sunshine Co. Risk Consultants, Inc. Mr. Beltran is a member of the National Fire Protection Association, and the American Society of Safety Engineers. He is also licensed as an All Lines Commercial Insurance Agent with Life, Health and Variable Annuities in 45 states and licensed as an All Lines Adjustor in Florida.

Steve Cohen
Senior Vice President, Sales

Prior to joining Advantec in 2006, Steve Cohen was a Regional Vice President of Sales for Ceridian. He has 17 years of experience in sales leadership and partnership development at three of the top human resource solution providers: ADP, Ceridian and Ultimate Software. Mr. Cohen has extensive expertise in establishing new markets and has managed a national sales organization. He has spent a greater part of his career delivering HR solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Cohen has been trained and certified in Six Sigma practices.

John Sansoucie
Vice President of Product Management & Strategic Pricing

John Sansoucie returned to Advantec in 2007. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of US Personnel, a leading PEO based in Dallas, Texas. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Sansoucie held a variety of positions at Advantec, including Vice President of Finance. He was a founding member of Advantec’s management team, participated in securing start-up capital, served as Treasurer, was responsible for banking relationships, mergers and acquisitions, budgets, financial reporting, pricing and underwriting. Prior to his tenure with Advantec, Mr. Sansoucie served as Vice President of Finance for the Small Group division of HealthPlan Services, formerly a division of Dun & Bradstreet, a leading Third Party Administrator of benefit programs.

Bob Smolinski
Chief Financial Officer

Bob Smolinski joined Advantec in 2005. He has been a financial professional for over 24 years, with experience in the human resource outsourcing business, technology development, manufacturing and “Big Four” public accounting. Before joining Advantec, Mr. Smolinski was the Vice President and Treasurer at ABR Information Services, a publicly traded company providing comprehensive benefits administration, payroll, and human resource services to employers of all sizes. He has also served as Vice President and Controller for EPIX Holdings, a Finance Manager for Lucent Technologies and a Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche.

Todd York
Vice President Human Capital Group

Todd York joined Advantec in 2001. Prior to his current position, Mr. York served as Vice President of Strategic Processes. In his six years with the company, he has also supported Advantec as a Human Capital Consultant, Director of Client Relations and Regional Director of the Human Capital Group. While at Advantec he has worked on several client initiatives which have included reducing clients’ employee turnover, increasing satisfaction, and increasing clients ROI. Before joining Advantec, Mr. York worked for SWFRI Management as Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. York has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is also certified in Civil Treatment Procedures and Legal Training for Investigations, Diversity Training, Customer Service Training (Achieve Global), and in DISC Employee Behavior Profiling Analysis. Mr. York is a member of SHRM, a Past Treasurer for HR Florida, its state chapter, and a Past President of HR Tampa, its local chapter. He has also served on other executive boards.
