Client Relations Partners and Subject Matter Experts

The foundation of Advantec’s service model is supported by our Client Relations Partners (CRPs) and our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

CRPs are qualified, experienced, designated individuals who electronically (via telephone and email) service your company. Our CRPs are cross-trained in HR services – they serve as a single point of contact for day-to-day, time-sensitive inquiries concerning payroll, benefits and basic HR processes.

To track your inquiries throughout the closure process, Advantec leverages the latest in customer relationship management technology (CRM): Onyx and eFax document management systems. Our CRPs hold coveted professional certifications – PHR (professional in human resources) and IAML (employment law compliance) – as well as college degrees.

  • Your Client Relations Partner (CRP) is the “owner” of your inquiry from start to finish. When additional subject matter expertise is required, your CRP remains the “owner” of your inquiry through its resolution – one answer to your inquiry, one person responsible for its resolution.
  • If your inquiry cannot be closed immediately, your CRP provides realistic closure deadlines as appropriate to the critical volume of the issue involved. Periodic, proactive updates from your CRP will keep you informed as long as your inquiry is open.
  • Your CRP builds a relationship with your staff, understanding your distinct business processes and administration. Your business is unique and your CRP knows it.

Subject Matter Experts provide second level technical expertise to your CRP. Just as your CRP is designated to your account, Advantec’s SMEs are designated to your CRP. These resources are rich with domain expertise to support your unique situations.
