EyeMed Access High Option
The Access High Option provides a spectacle eye exam and a complete pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses annually. These are furnished to the employee with little out-of-pocket, provided the employee uses a vision center within EyeMed’s network. The plan also offers additional eyewear at a significant discount, as well as out-of-network benefits for typical services.
EyeMed Access Low Option
The Access Low Option provides a spectacle eye exam annually, as well as significant discounts on the purchase of eyewear at EyeMed’s network of provider locations. Out-of-network benefits are also available under this option.
