description templates, offers suggested questions for screening candidates, and
allows for paperless management of the hiring process. Packages include 3 postings
with choices of traditional favorites such as Monster® and CareerBuilder® as well
as many industry specific boards.
Recruiting On-Call is a full service recruiting solution. Your
personal recruiter will work with you to craft the best job descriptions, conduct
resume searches, manage job postings and screen candidates. You save time by meeting
only the top applicants, and you enjoy the confidence of knowing that the details
are in good hands. This solution includes one job posting package and up to 8 hours
of dedicated recruiting support, with additional hours available if required. Pricing
is based on hours used and is much more cost-effective for clients that the 20-30
percent of salary pricing used by most staffing agencies. On-site recruiting is
also available for seasonal and other special projects.
